Resort Operations
Today, The Resorts West Group manages four resorts: The world class Ridge Tahoe Resort, as well as The Ridge View, Ridge Crest and Ridge Pointe resorts.
Restaurant Operations
The Hungry Bear restaurant and the Ridge Club Deli are operated by Resorts West. These operations include banquets and special events, weddings and receptions, Sunday Brunch, quality dinner and deli services.
Retail Store
The Market Place is our retail resort store offering a wide selection of clothing, gifts, food and beverage items, as well as VCR and DVD rentals. The Shopper Service is available for all arriving guests allowing them to select items to be pre-stocked in their units prior to arrival.
Health Spa and Activities
Our Spa operations include classes and instruction in yoga, aerobics, Thai Chi, tennis, racquet ball, walley ball as well as a full menu of massage and facial treatments. Activities include hikes, snow shoe treks, rock climbing, use and instruction on our free weight and cardiovascular equipment and a full range of children’s activities as part of our Kid’s Club program.
Homeowner Association Management
The company manages the day to day affairs of four homeowner associations comprised of over 19,000 owner/members.
Dues billings and collections of over $13,000,000 annually
Resort Vacation Rentals
The company operates vacation rental programs at all of its managed resorts. Rental marketing and sales efforts included a full time staff representing the resort owners in the travel industry with direct sales efforts, internet programs, print media, industry publications, cooperative advertising efforts, wholesale and airline packages, as well as direct consumer programs.
Resort Sales
Through Resort Realty the group provides resale services for each resort owners association and individual owners at company managed properties. Financing is also provided for new buyers.
Loan Servicing
The company manages loan portfolios for two development entities including
all collections efforts through the foreclosure process if required.
